The MC362W costs a bit less, has slightly higher running costs, and is slightly faster. The Editors' Choice OKI MC362w lacks NFC, but instead has standard Wi-Fi, which is a $100 option on the C2665dnf and is more universally useful than NFC. NFC is a nice touch if your office uses compatible mobile devices, which doesn't include iPhones as well as many smart phones and tablets, particularly older models.
Its output quality isn't great, but should be fine for workaday business uses. It has good speed for its price, fairly low running costs, and a good feature set including NFC connectivity, a duplexing ADF, a customizable touch screen, and integration with Dell Document Hub. The Dell Color Multifunction Printer | C2665dnf is a likeable color laser MFP. The C1765nfw is better suited for offices with more modest printing volumes than the C2665dnf. The C2665dnf costs $200 more than the Dell C1765nfw, but brings much more to the table, with much faster speed, lower running costs, greater paper capacity, an auto-duplexer, and a duplexing ADF. The Dell C1765nfw has higher running costs, at 3.5 per monochrome page and 18.5 per color page. Its running costs of 2.3 cents per monochrome page and 12.8 cents per color page are good for its price, a bit lower than the Editors' Choice OKI MC362w. I noticed aliasing, a jagged or saw-toothed look in some thin, dark lines such as spokes on a bicycle wheel. Dithering (graininess) was apparent in some images. Several images showed mild banding, and there was a loss of detail in bright areas. The printer can print out recognizable images from Web pages, but photo quality is well short of what I'd look for to use in, say, a company or client newsletter. The C2665dnf did a passable job in handling very thin white or colored lines. Dithering (graininess) was apparent in some illustrations. Although colors were generally well saturated, a few darker backgrounds looked faded or blotchy. Graphics quality is okay for PowerPoint handouts, though I would not want to give them to important clients I was seeking to impress seeking to impress. Text was suitable for typical business applications short of demanding desktop publishing applications and the like that use very small fonts. Overall output quality was a bit sub-par for a color laser, with text on the high side of average, and sub-par graphics and photo quality.
The C2665dnf's speed predictably falls in between the Dell C1765nfw Color Multifunction Printer (3.5 ppm in simplex) and the Editors' Choice Dell C3765dnf Color Laser Printer (8.2 ppm in duplex), though fortunately towards the higher end. Although our official timings are in the default printing mode (duplex, in this case), I also tried the C2665dnf in simplex mode (for which it's rated at 28 ppm), where it turned in a marginally faster 6.6 ppm. Rated speeds are based on printing text documents without graphics or photos-our test suite includes text pages, graphics pages, and pages with mixed content.

I timed the Dell C2665dnf in its default duplex (two-sided printing) mode on our business applications suite (using QualityLogic's hardware and software for timing) at an effective 6.4 pages per minute (ppm), a good speed for its rated speed of 18 page per minute for duplex printing (for both color and monochrome).

I tested it over an Ethernet connection with the printer's drivers installed on a PC running Windows Vista. It has NFC (near field communication) capability, which allows you to print from compatible devices just by touching them to the printer Wi-Fi is available as an option ($99.99 direct).
